PRIVACY POLICY
(Personal Data Processing Policy)
This Personal Data Processing Policy (Privacy Policy) defines the procedure of personal data processing and measures to ensure personal data security by PROMETEO project.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, PROMETEO Project is recognized as the Operator (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator").
1.2 The Privacy Policy defines the procedure of processing and protection of personal information about individuals (hereinafter - "Users"), which may be received by the Operator when the User uses the services provided by means of services, services, programs, posted on the website at www.prometeo-studio.university (hereinafter - "Site").
1.3 The use of the Site services means the User's unconditional consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of his/her personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the User shall refrain from using the services.
1.4 The text of the Policy is available to Users on the Internet at: www.prometeo-studio.university.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1 For the purposes of this Policy, the User's personal information means:
2.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about himself/herself in the process of using the site, including the User's personal data. The information mandatory for ordering the services of the Contractor is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his discretion.
2.1.2. Data that are automatically transferred to the Site services in the process of their use with the help of software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other programs with the help of which the services are accessed), technical characteristics of equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the services, addresses of requested pages and other similar information.
2.1.3 This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site www.prometeo-studio.com and all subdomains created on its basis. The owner of the Site does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can go through the links available on the Site and all subdomains created on its basis.
3. CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 The User expresses his/her consent to the terms and conditions of the Policy and gives the Site Owner specific and conscious consent to the processing by the Site Owner as the Operator of his/her personal data under the conditions provided for in the Privacy Policy.
4. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
4.1 This Policy establishes the obligations of the Site Owner on non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Site Owner.
4.2 The personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out the feedback form on the Site and includes (may include in part or in full) the following information:

4.3 The owner of the site protects the data that are automatically transferred in the process of viewing advertising blocks and when visiting pages where the statistical script of the system ("pixel") is installed:

- address of the page where the advertising block is located;
4.3.1 The Operator informs the User that disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the site that require authorization.
4.3.2 The owner of the site collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems.
4.3.3 Any other personal information not specified above (browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to secure storage and non-dissemination, except as provided for in Section 6 of this Policy.
5. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION OF USERS
5.1 The Operator collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for the provision of services.
5.2 The Operator processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:
5.2.1. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, inquiries regarding the use of the Website, processing requests and applications from the User.
5.2.2. Determination of the User's location for security, and fraud prevention.
5.2.3 Confirmation of reliability and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
5.2.4. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Website.
6. TERMS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF USERS AND ITS TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
6.1 Processing of the User's personal data is performed by the Operator using databases.
6.2 The User's personal information is kept confidential, except for cases when the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for general access to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain services, the User agrees that a certain part of his/her personal information becomes publicly available.
6.3 The Operator has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
6.3.1. the User has expressed consent to such actions.
6.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain service.
6.3.3 The transfer is stipulated by the legislation within the procedure established by the legislation.
6.3.4 In case of the sale of the Website, the purchaser shall be transferred all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by him/her.
6.4 In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Operator informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
6.5 The Operator shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
6.6 The Operator together with the User takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
7.1 The User is obliged to:
7.1.1 Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site.
7.1.2 Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
7.2 The Operator is obliged:
7.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
7.2.2 Ensure confidentiality of confidential information, not to disclose without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose by other possible means the transferred personal data of the User, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.
7.2.3 Take precautionary measures for the confidentiality of the User's personal data according to the procedure usually used for the protection of such information.
7.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request of the User or his/her legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification in case of identification of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
7.3 The User has the right:
7.3.1 Provide personal data to the Operator at its discretion for processing under the conditions specified in the Policy;
7.3.2. Require the Operator to clarify his/her personal data, block or destroy it if such data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.
7.3.3 Send to the Operator an application for withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data in the manner prescribed in clause 7.3.2 of the Privacy Policy.
7.3.4 On the basis of a request, receive information from the Operator regarding the processing of his/her personal data in the manner prescribed by clause 7.3.2 of the Privacy Policy.
8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
8.1 The Operator who fails to fulfill its obligations shall be liable for losses incurred by the User due to the unauthorized use of personal data in accordance with the legislation.
8.2 In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Operator shall not be liable if this confidential information:
8.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
8.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Operator.
8.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1. All possible disputes and disagreements arising from the relations regulated by the Privacy Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation. Recognition of invalid or invalid individual provisions of the Privacy Policy does not entail recognition of the invalidity of its other provisions or the Policy as a whole.
9.2 In case of any disagreements or disputes between the User and the Owner of the site, a mandatory condition before appealing to the court in compliance with the pre-trial procedure.
9.3 The party to whom the claim was sent within 10 (ten) working days from the date of its sending shall notify the applicant in writing of the results of the claim consideration.
9.4 The User and the Website Owner take all possible measures to resolve the dispute in a pre-trial order. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute, any of the Parties have the right to appeal to the court at the location of the Site Owner for the protection of their rights.
10. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
10.1 The Owner of the Site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without consent or prior notice to the User.
10.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the date of its placement on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
